Cancellation Policy

FIRST INSTANCE: First time cancelling after the 24 hour window you will not be charged, life happens!! SECOND INSTANCE: Second time cancelling after the 24 hour window you will be charged 40% of your scheduled services. NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not notify me that you will not be attending your service at your set appointment time & you do not show up you will be charged 75% of your scheduled services.
